Southern Tier Goalie School

We are proud to announce the return of Matt Meacham, Video Coach of the Chicago Black Hawks!!  Matt has worked several years with the Binghamton Senators and Rick Wamsley (Goalie Coach) of the Ottawa Senators.   The special guest shooter is Jerry DiAmigo from the Buffalo Sabres.  Our camp runs August 17-20 @ Chenango Ice Rink. We will have daily video sessions for each group. Daily on ice instruction of atleast 90 mins per day. We will have Off-ice workouts and Core Training for 90 mins per day. Lunch & Beverages will be provided along with morning snacks. Jerseys will be provided by Vaughn Custom Sports. Prizes will be Awarded for different age groups for Hardest workers & Most Improved.  Cost of the camp is $500 for the week. Charity Hockey Game

  An exhibition hockey game featuring Cornell University men’s and women’s coaches, celebrities, and Ithaca-area community players to raise funds for individuals with disabilities in the Ithaca community.

Players scheduled to appear include: Joe Nieuwendyk, Mike Richter, Brian Gionta, Ben Scrivens, and Dustin Brown

Seating is general admission.  Adult tickets: $12 in advance / $15 at the door Children tickets: $5

STHA SUMMER SKILLS CLINIC

The STHA will be running a Summer Skills Clinic for 30 players who are currently in or moving up to the Squirt and Peewee division, as well as first-year Bantams, starting on July 23rd.

The Skills clinic will be a five session clinic for an hour and a half. The clinic will include high intensity and high energy player skill development, speed skating, passing drills, puck handling, introduction to body contact and have a goalie clinic too( if enough goalie's show interest). There will be a pizza party the last night for all players.

The total cost is $100.00 dollars per player, which must be paid prior to taking the ice by cash or check. If you are planning on attending clinic please make out checks to the STHA for $100 and mail them to Patrick Basile at 319 Cyprus Lane, Endicott, NY 13760. Please include parent name, child name, phone number and email address with your check.
