                        New Milford Little League's "T" Ball Meeting

                                         This meeting is for all Managers, Coaches & Parents of Players
                                                                        in the "T" Ball Divisions of
                                                                        New Milford Little League.

When: 3/07/07
Where: David E. Owens Middle School Cafetorium
Time: 7:00 pm

This a General Informational Meeting for all those who have just
joined New Milford Little League


A Basic Agenda:
1.) Introduction of New Milford Little League Board of Directors 
     a.)Basic Description of our roles and responsibilities
2.) Safety Program
3.) Background Checks for all Volunteers
4.) "Volunteering" for Concession Stand Program & Plan.
5.) Introduction of Jr. / Sr. Team Managers
         Jr. "T" Ball Players will find which teams they are on.
6.) Questions & Answers

This a general agenda and may not be presented in this order, but these are the topics along with others that will be discussed.
