'Shake the Helmet' Booster Fundraiser

Dear Managers, Team Moms & Parents:
We will have our annual Shake the
Helmet fundraisers on Saturday, May 4th (Little League) and Sunday, May 5th (Junior League - 13/14 year olds). This is one of our
most important events as it raises money for the league with just a 2 hour commitment from our players and coaches.
There will be 2-hour shifts: 9am-11am and 11am-1pm, and 1-3pm. Please check the website and your emails for team/time assignments and coordinate with your teams.
We are asking that managers, coaches and team moms participate along with all players. We hope that managers and team moms can coordinate the
volunteers/players who show up that day. Parents are urged to help out as well. We can never have enough help!
Please note that players can participate in front of businesses, but not
at the intersections, and assignments for locations will be done upon
arrival. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your time slot at the
Connelly Field snack stand for location assignments. Please bring
batting helmets from your team to collect money. Thank you in advance
for your help.
The time slots are as follows for each team:
Saturday. May 4th
9am-11am:
Team #'s 31, 32 (Farm League)
Team #'s 23, 24 (Clinic League)
Teams 41, 42, 45, 46 (T-Ball)
11am-1pm:
Team #'s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Major League)
Team #'s 33, 34 (Farm League)
Team #'s 12, 15 (Minor League)
1pm -3pm
Team #'s 11, 14, 13, 16 (Minor League)
Team #'s 21, 22 (Clinic League)
Team #'s 43, 44 (T-Ball)
Sunday. May 5th
