Announcement
The New Milford Little League Executive board is now accepting letters of interest for the position of Manager for all teams in all divisions for the upcoming 2015 Spring baseball season.
Please
include in your letter any coaching experience and any other background
experience that would assist the Board in selection. If you have been a
Manager in the past, this does not guarantee that you will
automatically be awarded a team, but it will be taken into
consideration. ALL RETURNING MANAGERS MUST ALSO SUBMIT LETTERS! This is for all levels -- from Junior T-Ball through Senior League.
If selected as Manager, you will select your Coaches
from approved volunteers. Also, all managers must fill out a Volunteer
Application and pass a mandatory background check, as well as attend a
short safety seminar and a coaching clinic at times to be named later as per Little League rules. You must also agree to fulfill duties of the position besides coaching such as umpiring, fundraising activities, etc. All letters will be reviewed by the Board and put to a vote.
All
letters must be submitted, by email to info@newmilfordlittleleague.com to the Board
of Directors by Sunday, February 1, 2015 by midnight. If you were a previous manager and
cannot serve in that position again this year, please let us know that
as well.
