Posted by Tanya Sullivan on Dec 29 2010 at 04:00PM PST
If you are new to Little League in our area, the following will help you determine whether you live within the boundaries of Petaluma American Little League. If you live outside our boundaries, check the links to neighboring leagues at the end of this article.

PETALUMA AMERICAN LITTLE LEAGUE BOUNDARIES:
Our boundaries begin on on Sonoma Mountain Road (not Sonoma Mountain Parkway):

Starting in the northeast, the line moves north up Sonoma Mountain Road until it intersects with Copeland Creek, which flows to and intersects with Lichau Creek. Moving west along Lichau Creek the line hits and becomes Davis Lane and then moves southwest to Adobe Road. Moving southeast on Adobe Road, the line intersects and folllows Willow Creek west to Old Redwood Highway, then moves south along Old Redwood Highway until Highway 101. The line moves south all the way along Highway 101 until it meets East Washington Street. Moving northeast up East Washington Street, the line meets Adobe Road and follows it northeast to Sonoma Mountain Road 1. The line then runs northeast up Sonoma Mountain Road 1 and runs to the original northeast starting point.

NEIGBORING LEAGUES:
The descriptions provided are very general, not official... They're just intended to point you in the right direction.
Petaluma National (generally west of the freeway)
Petaluma Valley (generally south of Washington on the east side of the freeway)
Rancho Cotati (generally north of Petaluma American and Petaluma National's boundaries)
