The Cayuga Lumber Woodcrushers won the A/B division championship with a dramatic 4-3 come-from-behind victory in overtime against Lowe's Soft Water.  Lowe's opened the scoring on a short-handed goal at 5:09 of the first period and held that 1-0 lead at the end of the period.  Cayuga Lumber evened the score less than two minutes into the second frame and then took a 2-1 lead with a power play goal about six minutes later.  The second period ended with Cayuga Lumber holding the one goal lead.

The momentum swings contined as Lowe's evened the score at 2-2 with their own power play goal just 1:26 into the 3rd period.  They regained the lead less than six minutes later on a shot redirected just outside the crease.  Lowe's continued to apply pressure, but failed to add to their lead on a penalty shot attempt at 12:15.

Cayuga Lumber took another penalty with just under two minutes left, but was able to force the play to the Lowe's end of the ice.  With their goalie on the bench for an extra skater, Cayuga Lumber tied the game with just 7 seconds remaining, sending the game to overtime. The championship winning goal was scored at 3:25 of the first overtime.

Cayuga Lumber swept the series, winning the first game 4-2 (empty net).   They were also A/B division regular season champions.
