Although unavoidable circumstances may arise unrelated to field availablility or weather that may cause a team to cancel or reschedule a game on short notice (less than 4 days notice), teams should make every effort to play games as scheduled.  Last minute cancellations and schedule changes affect coaches, players, parents and many others.

If the team must cancel/reschedule a game on short notice, the league Commissioner, in his sole discretion, may deem the game as a forfeit and/or bill the team for any late cancellation fees that are due the officials.
