St. Croix Track Club, Inc.

VI Cross Country Championship will be held at UVI (St. Croix), 9 am on Saturday Nov. 15, 2008. There is no limit for the number of athletes who can run for a school or club. Athletes can also enter as unattached runners (no team assignment).

The following races will be run in the VI CC Championship:

1 mile - you have to be 13 or younger on Dec. 31, 2008

2 miles - you have to be 16 or younger on Dec. 31, 2008

3.1 miles (5K) - 17 and up

Order of events - starting at 9 am, rolling time schedule

1 mile (girls and boys run separate, girls followed by boys)

2 miles (girls and boys run together)

3.1 miles (female and male run together)

Awards for the School championship, team awards, and MVP awards, for the Cross Country Series (Elementary Division) will be given out during the VI CC Championship.
