TEAM VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE TEAM NAME: Hanchick & Lerch - LEAGUE: LLA
Refreshment Stand Shifts are on non-game days or non-game time. Each team will be responsible for shifts at Freemansburg (FB) . FB shift is 4 volunteers per shift (cook, cashier and 2 servers). Team is responsible for determining a cook, cashier and servers prior to scheduled date. If you are unable to keep your snack stand commitment make arrangements to switch with another family.

Team Responsibilities
Team Responsibilities
The specific areas I need help are:
Team Parent: Michelle Albert.The team parent is responsible for assigning snack stand volunteers, assigning opening day and festival day volunteers, picture packets for opening day, and treat tickets.
Team Cook and Team Cashiers: Responsible for cook and cashier responsibilities during our assigned snack stand times.
Coaches: If you want to help out coaching you MUST have a background check done. If you haven’t already filled one out visit the league web site and download the form and bring it to me ASAP. If you think you’ve done one, shoot me an email and I can find out for sure. Background checks will not be completed after the season starts. Also in order to help coach and be in the dugout you MUST have completed the coaches certification course. Information about certification and a link to the online course can be found here. Once you complete the course the league will reimburse the course fee, simply print out the certificate at the end of the course and turn it into a league official.
Home Plate Umpires: Our team is required to supply the home plate umpire for several league games, those that aren’t picked up by the core group of umpires. I need parents to volunteer to handle a couple of games each. There will be a training session for those who have never umpired before. We will also be required to supply the umpire for the bases during our home games.
Ground Crew Help: The league requires we rake the fields before and after games and practices. If a couple of parents could help with field preparation it will allow myself and the coaches to focus on warming up the players and post-game remarks.
