The annual year end party at the Bauer Center has been scheduled for Tuesday July 28 from 7:00-9:00 PM. Don't miss it!!!! Details are in the attached flier. Don't forget to get any pictures from this summer's team that you want included in the slide show at the party to Antone Balbo at abalbo@comcast.net or by leaving a CD with the files in the Balbo folder in the team box at the pool. Or simply bring a flash drive to a meet this week. I almost always have my laptop with me. Text of Joe's email follows:
Dear parents and swimmers,
Team photos are in! Swimmers who did not order the thick wooden plaques can find their photo orders in their individual mailboxes. Swimmers who did order plaques will unfortunately have to wait until practice in the morning, as they are locked away in the main office. Please see either myself or Kelly if you have trouble finding your photos.
Clothes are also tentatively here. We will pick up clothing orders tomorrow afternoon and attempt to distribute Wednesday morning at practice. Chances are that Kelly and I will not be dragging all the clothes to the away meets, so please show up at the pool to pick up your goods. Any clothes not claimed this week will be brought to the end-of season party. Clothes not claimed after that will go in storage at the pool until next summer, so please collect now!
Attached to this email, you will also find the official party planning flier for the 2009 swim team party! Please print out and return the form, along with your payment to either Kelly or myself by this Friday if you wish to attend. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about this email.
