Lightning Halts ICL Games on Monday

Both ICL games that were scheduled for Monday night were rained out due to the heavy thunderstorms and lightning that hit the area shortly after 8:00 PM.
The Americans-Chiefs game was halted due to lightning, then heavy thunderstorms, after a 45 minute wait. The Chiefs were batting in the bottom of the fourth inning at Maplewood when the game was called.
In Woburn, the Arlington Trojans-Mooney Dental Tanners game at Ferullo Field was delayed because of lightning and never got started after the heavy rain hit the area.
