Northside Junior Varsity Girls edge Mather 21-3 at Niles North Lady Viking Invitational
On Friday, April 25, 2008, the Northside Junior Varsity Girls traveled to Niles North High School for the Niles North Lady Viking Invitational. The Junior Varsity division featured Deerfield, Glenbrook North, Loyola, Niles North, Northside College Prep, and Mather.
Deerfield won it. Niles North finished in second place with 67 points. Glenbrook North finished in third with 39 points. Loyola finished in fourth with 32 points. Northside College Prep finished in fifth with 21 points. Mather finished in sixth with 3 points.
In the Discus, Kaitlin Renkosiak placed third with an outstanding throw of 71'9.
In the Shot Put, Kaitlin Renkosiak placed third with an outstanding throw of 25'1.
In the Long Jump, Alice Thatcher finished in sixth place with a jump of 11'1.25.
In the High Jump, Northside Senior Maslanka finished in second place with a jump of 4'0.
