CHICAGO MARIST TRACK AND FIELD

 At the "seed" meeting, Northside Head Coach Jon Gordon was appointed to the Games Committee for the Varsity Boys City Championships.

 Although there are over 70 high schools in Chicago, only the top 24 or top 40 athletes (depending on the event) get to compete in the Varsity Chicago Public League Championships.

 Coaches submit their athletes marks, along with meet results for verification, and then the CPS Sports Administration announces the field for each event in the Chicago Public League Championships.

 The prelims take place on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 4 pm, at Hanson Stadium, in Chicago, Illinois.

 ALL members of the Northside Varsity Track & Field Team made it into the meet, including:

Nathaniel Agharese (100m Dash, 200m Dash),

Patrick Brennan (4x800m,1600m run, 4x400m Relay),

Pat Duffy (4x800m, 400m run, 4x400m Relay),

Ezra Edgerton (4x800m, 800m, 1600m run, 4x400m),

Olabode Faleti (4x100m and 4x200m), 

Kapil Garg (Discus, Shot Put),

Alex Gordon (4x100m Relay), 

Dan Graham (4x800m, 800m, 4x400m),

Fabian Lara (4x100m and 4x200m Relay) 

Ifeanyichu Ndukwu (High Jump, Discus, 4x100m Relay, 4x200m Relay)

Alexander Pilski (Shot Put)

Stefan Roeseller (110m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay, and 300m Hurdles) 

Raymond Siddiqi (4x100m, 4x200m, and 3200m run)

Josh Williams (High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4x400m Relay)

Harry Winters (4x100m and 4x200m) 

 The bus will leave on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 2:45 pm for the Varsity Chicago Public League Championships!
