Steven Kataba, Garret Barch, Justin Washington, and Keith Jones BREAK 4x200m Relay School Record!
In 2015, Chicago Northside finished in third place in the 4x200m Relay at the IHSA Sectional Championships with an official time of 1:33.16. However, only the Top 2 Relays qualify for State.
After missing the State Championships by one place, Northside Seniors were on a mission to qualify for State in the 4x200m Relay in 2016.
In 2016, Chicago Northside broke the school record to WIN the 4x200m Relay at the IHSA Sectional Championships to QUALIFY for STATE with an official time of 1:31.97.
Northside Seniors Steven Kataba, Garret Barch, Justin Washington and Keith Jones were honored at the East Bank Club at the Northside Track & Field Banquet with plaques for breaking the school record to WIN the 4x200m Relay at IHSA Sectionals to QUALIFY for the 2016 IHSA State Track & Field Championships!!!
