In the 400m Dash, Northside Senior Tom Frejowski WON it with an outstanding time of 52.80. Lake Forest Academy Senior Vincent Nagel finished in second place with an official time of 53.52. Northside Sophomore Josh Borgwardt finished in THIRD place with an official time of 57.61. Northside Senior Max McCoy finsihed in FOURTH place with an official time of 57.75. Northridge Senior Shane Martin finished in fifth place to complete the scoring with an official time of 58.71. Northside Freshman Carel Jones finished in sixth place with a PERSONAL BEST time of 60.62. Northside Freshman Nick Brown finished in seventh place with an outstanding time of 63.71. Northside Freshman Sebastien Vondrak finished in tenth place with an outstanding time of 70.91.
