Kyle Lowenthal finishes FOURTH in the 3200m run! Northside upsets Morgan Park to finish SECOND in the Sophomore 4x200m Relay!

 In the Sophomore 3200m run, Waukegan's Lazson won it with an official time of 11:26.76. Evanston's Singer finished in second place with an official time of 11:35.15. Waukegan's Emmanunel finished in third place with an official time of 11:45.33. Northside Freshman Kyle Lowenthal ran the first mile in 6:06, and then ran the final mile in 6:24 to finish in fourth place with an official time of 12:30.45.

 In the Sophomore 800m run, New Trier's Barkonen won it with an official time of 2:19.71. New Trier's Purcell finished in second place with an official time of 2:20.01. New Trier's Parkhill finished in third place with an official time of 2:22.96. New Trier's Kogen finished in fourth place with an official time of 2:23.39. New Trier's Strockman finished in fifth place with an official time of 2:23.77. New Trier's Citow finished in sixth place to complete the scoring with an official time of 2:26.94. New Trier scored 31 points in the 800m run. Northside Freshman Nathan Rosell ran a personal best time of 3:04.50.

 In the Sophomore "A" 4x200m Relay, Evanston won it with an official time of 1:45.53. Northside finished in SECOND place with an official time of 1:47.51. New Trier finished in third place with an official time of 1:48.84. Morgan Park finished in fourth place with an official time of 1:48.93. Schaumberg finished in fifth place with an official time of 1:50.34. Waukegan finished in sixth place to complete the scoring with an official time of 1:53.50.

 On the first leg of the 4x200m Relay, Northside Sophomore Jacob Cosby ran an outstanding 200m split of 26.05, and made a nice exchange to Nicholas Brown. Freshman Nicholas Brown ran an impressive 200m split of 25.88, and made an exchange to Carel Jones. Northside Freshman Carel Jones ran an outstanding 200m split of 28.63, and then made a nice exchange to Josh Borgwardt. Northside Sophomore Josh Borgwardt ran an awesome anchor leg of the relay with a 26.80 200m split to secure SECOND place for the Chicago Northside Mustangs with an official time of 1:47.51.
