Senior Simon Kafka runs a 2:01.59 800m split on the second leg of the 4x800m Relay at Indoor State Championships!

On the second leg of the 4x800m Relay, Northside Senior Simon Kafka ran the first 200m in 29 seconds, and then ran the next 200m in 30 seconds for a 400m split of 59 seconds. Simon Kafka then ran the next 200m in 31 seconds for a 600m split of 1:30. Simon Kafka then ran the final 200m in 31.59 seconds for a personal best 800m split of 2:01.59, and made a nice exchange to Junior Tom Frejowski.
