Danny Rosen, Calvin Gang, Malcolm Grba, and Patrick Brennan finish THIRD in the 4x400m Relay!!
In the Throwers 4x100m Relay, Northside Senior Kapil Garg ran a 16.07 100m split on the first leg of the relay, and made a nice exchange to Sophomore Tom Frejowski. Tom Frejowski strided a 100m in 13.06 seconds, and made a nice exchange to Sophomore Ari Perlmutter. Ari Perlmutter ran over a 100m in 15.07 seconds before being able to make the exchange to Sophomore Matthew Gomez. Matthew Gomez anchored the Mustangs to THIRD place with a 11.37 split (about 90m) for an official time of 55.57. Kapil Garg, Tom Frejowski, Ari Perlmutter, and Matthew Gomez were awarded MEDALS for finishing in third place overall.
In the 4x400m Relay, Northside Freshman Danny Rosen ran a 400m split of 58.90 on the first leg of the relay, and made a nice exchange to Senior Calvin Gang. Calvin Gang ran a 60.57 400m split on the second leg of the relay, and made a bad exchange to Sophomore Malcolm Grba. Malcolm Grba ran a 56.74 400m split on the third leg of the relay, and made a perfect exchange to Senior Patrick Brennan. Patrick Brennan anchored the Mustangs to THIRD place with a 55.37 400m split for an official time of 3:51.58. Danny Rosen, Calvin Gang, Malcolm Grba, and Patrick Brennan were awarded MEDALS for finishing in third place overall.
