CHICAGO MARIST TRACK AND FIELD

 On Friday, May 31, 2013, the Northside Mens and Womens Track & Field Team will be honored with an Italian Buffet Team Dinner and Awards Banquet at the East Bank Club at 500 N. Kingsbury Street, Chicago, Illinois 60654.

ITALIAN BUFFET TEAM DINNER
All Athletes and/or guests will have the following at the banquet:

Chicken Vesuvio with potatoes and peas

Pan-Seared Salmon in tomato-fennel sauce

Cheese Stuffed Arancini with marinara on the side

Flatbread, Grissini, Filone and Ciabatta with dipping oil and parmesan

ANTIPASTO

Romaine Hearts with caesar dressing

Prosciutto with melon

Vegetable Antipasto Salad

Mushroom and Spinach Salad

PASTA

Mushroom Tortellini in white wine, herbs and cheese

DESSERT

Fresh Fruit

Tiramisu with espresso sauce

Cannolis

Coffee and Tea

AWARDS
All of the Freshman Athletes will be awarded graduating class numerals. Sophomores and Junior Varsity athletes will be awarded a medium size letter N. Varsity athletes will be awarded a large size letter N. Athletes that have earned multiple letters will be given a silver bar and a certificate to represent the number of years the athlete has participated at the Varsity level.

To qualify for a Varsity letter, an athlete must have scored a point in a Varsity Meet. All uniforms must be turned in prior to the banquet.

The 2013 Track & Field Banquet is 100% funded from the purchase of Banquet Tickets and donations. The cost for tickets is $30.00 per person.
