UPCOMING SUMMER CONDITIONING FOR TRACK & CROSS COUNTRY
During the summer, the IHSA permits us to meet as a TEAM for a total of 25 days during June 2009 and July 2009. Although attendance at summer practices is not required, it is highly recommended. Athletes that have made the Varsity roster, are the ones who have consistently attended summer practices.
There is a major benefit to running with teammates during the summer, and it is also a great opportunity for building Team unity.
