Fury finishes the season by going 3-1 at the 2006 Celtic Cup


Fury Brings Home the District Cup for the 2nd year in a Row!!


The Fury captured the 2005 District III Cup by racking up 20 goals and not giving up one. In game 1 they defeated the Newark Rush 10 -0, followed by a 6-0 drubbing of Fremont. Day 2 they took care of Livermore 4-0 and in a repeat of last years Championship they faced the Fury 96. Although they clearly outplayed the 96ers,  the Fury managed to only score 1 goal on a beautiful kick form Lewey off a great feed from Alexis.  Two great saves by Lizzie kept the their District III league and tourney record unblemished by not conceding a single goal all year.
Next up is Celtic Cup in January.

Fury Captures the Nor Cal Cup!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Mustang Fury went on a goal scoring barrage over the weekend beating MVLA Hurricanes 9-2, Burlingame10 -1, Solano 7-0, Heritage 2-0, SCA 4-0. Then in an incredible game against the MVLA Lighting,  the Fury prevailed in PK's after 2 overtimes that had the teams knotted at 2-2. Way to go Fury! Next up is District Cup.

Way to go Fury! Undefeated and Unscored Upon in League Play!

The Fury wrapped up the season by beating the Fury 96 in dominating fashion 1-0. The Fury tallied 30 goals and gave up 0 all season! Next up is Nor Cal Cup!

Congratulations on Winning the Championship at the Sac United Boo Fest!

The Mustang Fury thoroughly dominated the competition at the Boo Fest by racking up 17 goals and giving up zero while only allowing 2 shots all weekend. Great passing, finishing and defense all weekend.
 
The Fury Sits Alone in 1st place in the AL Caffodio Gold Division after 9 Games

The Mustang Fury after 9 games remain undefeated and unscored upon. The Fury were tied by the San Ramon Illusion on Saturday 0-0. The action was dominated by the Fury but the ball just didn't land in the net.   The Fury has dished out 29 goals and given up zero. They have faced stiff competition and have stepped up in every game to come out victorious. The Fury is hard to stop when they get on a roll!!! Last league game this weekend against the Silver Team.

Fury Captures another Title Winning the Sonoma Harvest Cup!  Fury Racks up 27 goals in the Tournament.

The Mustang Fury regained their old scoring touch by racking up 27 goals and only allowing 5. The best competition came in the semis against Santa Clara and the Finals against MVLA. The team displayed great skill and heart throughout the weekend.

Fury scores 17 goals in Mustang Tourney and Holds So Cal Blues Scoreless!

The Mustang Fury performed valiantly in the Mustang Nike Stampede classic. They opened up with a 9-2 resounding victory over Fremont. In the second game of the day, the Fury outshot their opponent by 20 shots, however, the Fury dropped the hard fought contest to the Portugese Athletic Club 2-1. The Fury bounced back with a strong performance against the So Cal Blues in a 0-0 tie. Based on a technicality in the tiebreaker rules, the So cal Blues advanced to the Semi final game and the Fury to the 3rd place game. The Fury won a decisive 7-0 contest over Lamorinda. Next up is League play in September.

Awesome Performance at Surf Cup!!!!! Fury makes it to the Semi final Round

The Mustang Fury won their bracket in the "bracket of death" against several of the finest teams in So Cal. The fury beat the lightning Red out of Carlsbad 2-1, trounced the mighty Irvine Strikers 2-0, and then tied the host club the San Diego Surf White 2-2 in a game they dominated. In the semi final game the Fury for the first time in it's history came out on the bottom end of the score 1-0 to the Del Mar Sharks. Outstanding performances and heart were shown by the Team all weekend. We are all very proud of you!!!


Congratulations on the St. Mary's 6v6 Championship!

The Mustang Fury captured it's second tournament championship of the young season by defeating a tough San Ramon Illusion team in the final game 4-3. The day was hot with temperatures well over 100 degrees. The Fury won the three preliminary games by a combined 25 goals for and only giving up 1. Next up is Surf Cup!

Congratulations on Winning the
Elk Grove Pride Cup Championship!!

The Mustang Fury captured their first championship of the year by defeating a tough Santa Clara Ruckus Team 3-1 in the Championship Game. Great Teamwork and skill were displayed by the Team all weekend. In bracket play, the Fury racked up 24 goals and gave up only 1 in 3 games. Next up is the St. Mary's 6 v 6 Tournament.

Mustang Fury 

Mustang Fury is a class 1 Girls Soccer Team from Danville, CA. In their inaugural U-9 season, the Mustang Fury set an unprecedented mark by not losing a single game in their age group throughout the season. This included jamborees, tournaments, league play and District Cup. The crowning moment of the season came when the Fury took on the best So Cal had to offer and brought home the coveted Celtic Cup!! The Mustang Fury are coached by the Daughter/Father Combination of Ashley Iorio and Fritz Scharff. This year's team is comprised of 10 returning superstars and 3 new superstars.
