The Invaders defeated the Radio One Block Hogs 24-0 to improved their record to 6-0 in the SMFFL B/C South Division. The Invaders scored on their opening drive when QB Michael Hawkins hit BB Derrick Williams with an 18 yard toss. Safety Joseph Chaney, Jr., came up with an interception on the Block Hogs' first possession. On the Invaders' second possession, Hawkins completed a 12 yard pass to TE Matthew Anderson for their second touchdown. Chaney intercepted another pass on the Hogs' second possession. On the Invaders' third possession, Hawkins completed a hitch pass to WR Taurus McGhee (T-MAC) and McGhee weaved and sprinted 21 yards for the Invaders' third touchdown. Chaney came up with another interception to end the first half on the Hogs' third possession. In the second half, LB Ed Green (Crazie Ed) intercepted a pass and returned it to the Hogs' 15 yard line.
