2019 Club Registration Form for Senior Section

For both the Junior and Senior sections of the club a post dated volunteer cheque is also required in the amount of $125.00, please post date it for October 30, 2018.   This cheque will be given back once your volunteer duties to the club have been fulfilled.

Payment for Club Registration is now accepted via e-transfer.   Please email to treasurer@burlingtontrackandfield.org with a note of who the payment is for especially if athletes last name is differnt from the guardian. 

 All athletes will fill out Burlingtons Club Registration form and  all athletes competing in the                             Athletics Ontario Competitive catagory will fill out that form, plus the AO `power-of-attorney' waiver.

New this year is the Code of Conduct form that needs to be submitted by each club athlete both junior section and senior section BTFC Code of Conduct 

The Athletics Ontario registration fees vary for Midget (2004-05), Youth (2002-2003), Junior (2000-2001) and Senior athletes (1999 or earlier).

 viii) It is the policy of the Club to make membership available to any child who wishes to participate, regardless of their financial circumstances.  Families who require financial aid to help defray membership fees are requested to first seek assistance through the Canadian Tire Jumpstart program.  Should a family be declined financial aid through Jumpstart, or not wish to apply through Jumpstart, they may request aid directly by explaining their situation to the appropriate head coach.  The coach will then represent the family’s application at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
