DEA Bedford Falls Hard to Northshore 7-1

Posted by Dale Dubois on Oct 10 2004 at 05:00PM PDT
In the first DEA Bedford Masters and Bedford Pacers home double header, Bedford came out with a win and a loss. Unfortunately for the DEA Masters, it was a hard loss to Northshore, 7-1. The match started out all DEA. DEA would possess the ball for 80 percent of the opening 15 minutes of play with many opportunities to score, but would come up empty. This seemed to spark Northshore up as they would score three unanswered goals to shock the DEA fans. David Crespo would answer with a neat volley off a cross from George W. DEA was still confident they could win this match as they went into the half down by two. It was not to be as Northshore controlled the second half and would net 4 more to close the scoring at 7-1... OUCH... DEA Masters are at home again next Sunday at 9 AM as they take on the Lynnfield Raiders at Legacy park. DEA will try to regain the number one spot but will need numbers.
