Based on the changes we made last year (intramural type scheduling), The BYC Football Committee is proud to announce that we are expanding the current Flag Football Program!

1.  We will now allow 'younger' second graders the opportunity to play flag instead of moving up to the 80 lb tackle division.  To be eligible, your son or daughter MUST be 7 years of age during the football season and NOT turn 8 until AFTER 11/30/2010.  

2.  Players that are 7 years of age as of July 1, 2010 will NOT be able to register on-line.  Please contact Dave Wrzesniewski at dave.wrzesniewski@aholdusa.com to register manually.  

3..  We will play a primarily intramural schedule every week with one team rotating out per week to play a Bert Bell competitor based on the BYC

varsity schedule.   All intramural games will be played on Saturday or

Sunday morning at Gillespie Park with a projected start time of 10 am or later.

4.  We are expecting more players than in previous years so will need some additional coaches.  No previous experience is necessary.  Please contact Dave Wrzesniewski at dave.wrzesniewski@aholdusa.com to volunteer

5.  Practices will not start until Monday, August 23rd for flag.
