Announcement
2012-2013 Iron Falcon
The Falcons baseball continued with the "Iron Falcon" award in 2012-2013. Its goal is to encourage team camaraderie, while at the same time making sure each individual player understands what is like to compete on a daily basis against not only his teammates but himself as well. It is our goal for each player to try and reach their highest-potential as a student, a person and as baseball player.
The award indentifies the strongest Falcon baseball player - both
mentally and physically. A series of events where held throughout the
fall season that tested each student-athletes' physical strength,
knowledge of the game and academic performance.
Each event and category was graded and a running total of each player's rank was kept by the Falcon coaching staff.
