Westford Over-30 Slow-Pitch Softball

Big home runs and close games were some of the highlights of the season opening One Pitch Jamboree on Sunday.  All eight teams kicked off their season in a series of exhibition games that featured a one pitch format and led to several entertaining games.  Many thanks to the defending champion Floral Arts squad for hosting the BBQ that was, as always, the hightlight of the day.

With the Jamboree in the books, the teams now turn to the regular season.  Two games on Tuesday open the season and two more on Wednesday start each team on the road to August and a chance to play for the title.
