Winter Workouts 2018

Get ready!
Winter workouts will be starting on Fridays beginning January 5th from 5 – 7pm at The Edge in Vestal.
This will be for the 10u and up age groups. 8u will begin in March. More league information as well as an updated website and registration links will be coming out soon!
