Hi everyone: my name is Brittany Frankenfeld, and I am currently the head women’s lacrosse coach at Ottawa University and former starting goalie at Lindenwood University in St.Louis. I am now the director of girl’s lacrosse for KC Blue Lions, and I am reaching out to you about playing on our High School or youth team at a tournament in the Chicago area this fall. For this tournament, I will also be joined by Jay Hertzler, who is currently the Head Coach of Lee’s Summit West HS girl’s lacrosse team and 2016 KCMGLA Coach of the Year. Together, our goal is to bring together girls from all around the KC Metro area and play a high level of lacrosse in this tournament.

2016 Northstar Midwest Showcase

· Date: November 5-6, 2016
· Location: Loyola Academy (Glenview, IL)
· Details: 5 Games Guarantee
· **Permissible NCAA Recruiting weekend;
· 45 schools attended in 2015.

The cost of the tournament will be $345.00. This will include 8 practices before the tournament and a uniform. Players will be responsible for their own travel arrangements and lodging at the tournament. We will have a hotel block set up close to the fields. Blue Lions has participated in the event the last four years and is looking to have success there again. This tournament does not conflict with any other tournaments that weekend. I hope you will consider joining the KC Blue Lions team and representing some of the best lacrosse talent the KC area can offer.
