OK,

After talking with the manager at Llywelyn’s, it was determined that they are way too small of a venue to take us all in, so he suggested a larger location that served a variety of food. So we now have a new dinner location that is about 5 mins from our hotel. Based on our afternoon game ending at 5:30-ish, I gave them a time of 7pm for us to arrive. Here’s the info:

They are large enough to seat the entire team and family, and told me they would make every effort to seat us as close to each other as possible.
