Hello GHLL Family!

Thank you for your patience through the scheduling problem that has been out of our control. I would like to provide an update in our current scheduling situation.

First and foremost, the schedules that you currently see for your team is set. For some teams, you may see games schedules through all of March, only the first 2 weeks or so in March, or only after Spring Break. Currently there is no error to your schedule, and only partial parts have been loaded.

The Issue:
On Feb. 19th, I created the teams and converted our website to represent our 2020 Season. This was completed without issue.
Teampages, the software that runs our webpage, began a Software Update (Feb. 20th at 2 AM). Later this day, after schedules were completed, we attempted to upload the files to reflect in our website. That didn’t work. The back up plan is to manually enter every game… that didn’t work either.

I contacted Teampages with our issue in which they looked into it, and had to escalate this issue as we found a bug in the system caused by their recent update.

All schedules were sent to Teampages for their team to force manually entries. Because of this, They have been able to complete the schedules as you currently can see on your teams page.

WHAT NOW!?!?
Teampages have been working on an update to correct the current bug, which they have said will be loaded by the end of the first week in March. Once that system update has been made, they will upload the rest of the season for all teams!!!

As stated before, please see your current teampage schedule as it reflects at least the first few games you will be playing in March.

50/70 DIVISION…YOUR SCHEDULE HAS NOT BEEN LOADED, HOWEVER YOUR FIRST GAME ISN’T UNTIL AFTER SPRING BREAK. CHECK BACK WITHIN THE WEEK FOR UPDATES.

By now, you all should have requested or been assigned and accepted the role of a Coach/Manager with your team on Teampages. You all should also have access to add practices to your calendar, send out text or emails, and add parents or players to your team. (this includes accepting requests from parents to join the team on your page).
