In the case of a 3-way tie, total point differencial is used to break the tie. If there are two team with the same total point differencial then head to head point differencial is used to break the tie between those teams.
In the case of a 2-way tie, head to head point differencial is first used to break the tie. If the point differencial is the same, the total point differencial is then used.
If there is still a tie after calculating the point differencials the ladder order entering the night is used to break the tie. The team with the highest ladder position entering the night wins.
