Registration Information
- Registration for Martinsburg Little League baseball Senior Division will take place at Oatesdale Park on
Saturday, April 28th from 9:30am - 10:30am.
- Everyone must register regardless of prior participation.
- Players born between May 1, 1995 and April 30, 1997 are eligible to play. (league ages 15-16)
- All new players must have a copy of a valid state birth certificate for the league to keep on file
(Proof of Age Requirements).
- All players must reside within the league boundaries and provide a photocopy of four proofs of residence to be kept on file. (Proof of Residency Requirements must be dated between Aug 1 of previous year and Feb 1 of current year.)
- The parent or legal guardian with custody of the child must be present to sign the forms.
- Signing up late could cause your child to be put on a waiting list until a vacancy occurs.
Both the Application and Medical Release Form need to be filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
