Vending of goods and services is open to all businesses, teams, clubs and individuals for the 2009 Ice Breaker Soccer tournament. Interested vendors must fill out the online vending request and obtain an Ice Breaker vending **permit. Vendors must obtain any other necessary licenses or permits (food handler permits) that may be required by the city of Washington.

**Ice Breaker 2009 reserves the right to limit or deny vending permits at the complex.
