To Register please fill in the form below, once you have finished it is important that you click on the "submit answers" tab at the bottom. This will be your official registration and you will not need to fill out another mail in copy. We will notify you via E-mail that your registration has been received.
Registration Opens June 1, 2008
Registration Closes January 25, 2009 at midnight
Registration received after the January 25th 2009 will include a $50.00 late fee.
Due to scheduling constraints applications will not be accepted after January 31 , 2009
U10-U11 $500.00USD
U12-U15 $550.00USD
U16-U19 $600.00USD
Make your bank or cashiers check out to "Ice Breaker Soccer Tournament". Remember to note in the memo column your team name and age group. If you prefer to pay by credit card, fill out the registration and then click on the credit card payment payment option (go to option "C". ( Note: Internet Explorer doesn't seem to work on this, try and open with Fire Fox or another browser). If you prefer not to pay by credit card please mail checks to:
