Marist Track and Field TEAM honored with gourmet Italian Buffet at the East Bank Club!

The Marist Track and Field Banquet featured an Italian Buffet with Chicken Vesuvio with potatoes and peas, Pan-Seared Salmon in tomato-fennel sauce, Cheese Stuffed Arancini with marinara on the side, Flatbread, Grissini, Filone and Ciabatta with dipping oil and parmesan, Romaine Hearts with caesar dressing, Prosciutto with melon, Vegetable Antipasto Salad, Mushroom and Spinach Salad, Mushroom Tortellini in white wine, herbs and cheese, Frest Fruit, Tiramisu with espresso sauce, and Cannolis.
