2004 Baseball & Tee-Ball Season Registration

Youngsters 6 - 12 years old
October 30, 2003 (08:00PM to 9:30PM)
October 31, 2003 (08:00PM to 9:30PM)
November 1, 2003 (10:00AM to 12:00PM)
Little League Headquarters 66-01 Fleet Street
Youngsters who will be 6 years old by no later than July 31, 2004 and have not yet reached their 13th birthday by July 31, 2004 are eligible. Registrant must appear in person with a parent or guardian who must present the registrant's birth certificate or certified record of date of birth.
Registration fee is $140 which includes all expenses. A $10 reduction for each additional sibling will be honored. Payment of the registration fee MUST be made at registration and may be in cash or check made payable to F.H.Y.A.A.
