Mountain Bike Program

Hello everyone!
I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful spring exploring other outdoor activities.
I am excited to invite all our WMSC athletes to join our new Mountain Bike program.
The goal of this program is to develop our athletes’ mountain biking skills, as this sport is highly complementary to skiing. There are numerous benefits to developing in this sport, including improving balance and coordination, spatial-time awareness, terrain reading, strength, among others; These are also crucial aspects we work on while skiing.
Additionally, mountain biking greatly enhances physical and mental fitness.
MTB PROGRAM:
Our program is divided into three seasons: Spring, Summer, and Fall. It is also possible to enroll for the FULL SEASON.
We will be offering training for kids aged 9 years to 14 years old, dividing groups according to their riding level: Novice, Intermediate/Strong Intermediate, and Advanced.
Attached, you will find the program schedule, where you can see the days and times of the different training sessions.
During the program, the meeting point and drop-off will always be at the Whistler Skill Park (BMX Skill Park), next to Parking Lot 3.
