Fundraiser for Chris Butlers' Children ~ Please Read

The Cleveland Heights Senior Hockey League
and The East Side Hockey League

-A Family Skate-
All proceeds will benefit the children of our teammate
and friend, Chris Butler, who passed away June 12th.
When: Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Where: Cleveland Heights Community Center,
Mayfield Road and Monticello Boulevard
What: An evening of fun for the whole family—
Ice skating from 8-10 pm (skates provided if needed)
Food generously provided by Pizzaz. Beverages & desserts!
Extras: Bingo, Corn Hole, Hockey Contests, Raffles
Reverse Raffle and Silent Auction
Donation: $20 per person, $50 per family (includes food & skating)

Bob asked me to post this on Wednesday of this week, but I just got the email now. Please Read:
I have some very sad news. Lynn Butler called me this AM to tell me Chris had a heart attack last night and passed away. Lynn asked me to convey the news to the team.
There will be a wake at the Schulte Mahon - Murphy funeral home at 5252 Mayfield Road on Friday. The visiting hours are from 2:00PM to 5:00PM and from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. If possible, we should all be there to pay our respects. I will be there at night and I expect that will be the time most of us can make it.
There will be a funeral on Saturday at 10:00AM at Gesu Church. We can meet family and friends at the funeral home at 9:00 AM and join the funeral procession to the church or go directly to the church.
I believe the funeral home at 5252 Mayfield Road is in Lyndhurst. You can call the funeral home for directions or to clarify any of the other details. The phone number is (440) 442-0000. There will also be a death notice in tomorrow's Plain Dealer with more details.
