TYLER McCARTHY TO SURRY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
2011 TYLER McCARTHY - Mallard Creek High School has committed to attend school and play baseball next year for SURRY COMMUNITY COLLEGE. He is currently helping lead the IMECK 4A Conference Tournament Champion Mallard Creek Mavericks in their run for the NC State 4A Championship.

TY BUTTREY COMMITS TO UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS
SCP 2012 TY BUTTREY - Providence HS has committed to attend school and play baseball at the UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS. Ty will join the #16 Ranked Razorbacks following his senior year at Providence.

DAVID DANIELS TO DAVIDSON
2011 DAVID DANIELS - East Meck HS has committed to attend school and play baseball at Davidson College. David will join the Wildcats next fall after completing his senior season with the East Meck Eagles where he will help lead them in the NC State play offs. In his two years with the Panthers; David became one of the SCP programs all time leaders in games played; hits; runs scored and stolen bases.

HAYDEN HENDRY TO THE CITADEL
SCP 2011 HAYDEN HENDRY has committed to attend school and play baseball at THE CITADEL. He wraps up his high school career this spring at Clover High School where the four year starter will finish as one of their all time leading hitters. Hayden will join the Cadet Corp at The Citadel this fall.

2012 PRESTON TILLER - Ardrey Kell HS has committed to attend school and play baseball at APPALACHIAN STATE UNIVERSITY. Preston will join the Mountaineers following his high school career at Ardrey Kell High School.
