 KIRK MORGAN COMMITS TO EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY

SCP 2013 KIRK MORGAN; Mallard Creek High School has committed to attend college and play baseball at EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY. Kirk has helped lead the SCP 2013 team to 36-10-2 record over the summer season in addition to a Bronze Medal at the USA Nationals; Championship at the USA 16U Cup and Sweet 16 finish at the Perfect Game WWBA 16U. He will join the Pirates following his high school career at Mallard Creek High School and leading the Panthers in 2011 and 2012.

Congratulations to Kirk and his parents Scott and Mary Beth; sister Mackenzie and brother; SCP bat boy Luke.

The 2012 Panthers beat the Myrtle Beach Stars 6-5 in extra innings to extend their winning streak to 15 games and capture the Dynamic Baseball "End of Summer" Championship.
