Meeting called to order at 7:20 PM. The uniforms, equipment and balls and schedules were given out to all managers present. Managers told to make sure to return all equipment. There will be a charge of $50.00 at the end of the season for missing equipment. All schedules posted on the web sit. Al managers urged to help fix the fields if rain occurs prior to their game. The majors and minor divisions are closed. Filed duty is going strong. Around 40 workers this past weekend. The painting will start this weekend. Teams can use the fields for practice in weekends after work detail. There will be a meeting for all managers Sunday March 30 at 1 PM to help understand rules. Richie Adams the Umpire-N-Chief will run the meeting. Opening Day is April 5. Meet at the Framers Oval (Mafera Park) at 8 AM. There will be 2 game that day. One major and one minor game. Team pictures will be taken so all players must be in uniform. All managers and coaches must fill out background checks. There will be no changes made to the game schedules for any reason. The meeting was closed at 7:45.
