Orioles Welcome Little Leaguers

On March 13, the Baltimore Orioles are having a Little League Day during their Spring Training game against the Cardinals at Fort Lauderdale Stadium. The price is right: $8 for adults, and $4 for kids. If a team goes, the kids parade around the field and get a goody bag.Gametime is 1, and teams must be there at noon. Managing your team website

Check out this step-by-step guide to setting up and managing your team website. Use your website to post scores of each game (required within 24 after each game) and keep player batting and pitching stats (optional, but fun for the players and their fans!). Share team pictures and news. Set up your practice schedule and other important team events!

Watch a Game and Help the League!

So you said when you registered that you would volunteer to help the league, but you haven't done anything yet (or you have, but want to do more)? Have we got a deal for you! Just be the eyes and ears of the league at a few games. Download and print the Game Observation form below, take it to a game, fill it out, and turn it in. This will help us IMMENSELY in knowing what is right and not-so-right in our league. Thanks!

Local rules Amended

The Board has amended the minors junior local rules, to make clearer the appropriate positioning for players, and to clarify the number of pitches to be thrown to each batter. The complete local rules are available in the handout below. If you already have printed out the original version, then just download and print the two changed pages of minors juniors rules, and replace the old pages with them.
