Will be running a wrestling club hosted by Police Athletic League (PAL) in Hockessin Delaware, 7259 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin DE, 19707.
 
Structured Practice: from 6-7pm
Open Mats: from 7-8pm
 
Time:  Every Monday night from 6-8pm, except for Holidays or much advanced prior notice.
 
 
Bring a buddy your size! In the past we have not been able to guarantee you will have someone there around your weight. Only requirement is to fill out a free Police Athletic league application. Sign up Monday through Friday 2pm - 7pm. Main office. Applications can also be picked up at our New Castle Site. Garfield Park. By signing up you also have access to both Pal buildings , programs and wieght rooms. Membership expires at 19yrs.

All wrestlers should consider participating in post-season wrestling.  In March there are some good local tournament:  3/5 Rough Rodney, 3/12 Spartan, 3/19 MAWA District.  All tournament papers are attached.  Any questions contact Coach Davis.

In addition, the DWA sponsored South Jersey vs Delaware Senior Match is scheduled for March 9th at Paulsboro High School.  Come out and support Delaware wrestling.  For more information on other DWA events visit www.dwawrestling.org

Congratulations to all Salesianum wrestlers that participated in this past weekend's tournament.  We had some injuries and illnesses but overall had five wrestlers place in the top 6 of their weight class.  Thanks to all the fans that came out to support.

Salesianum advances 13 wrestlers to individual states this weekend.  Congratulations to the follow wrestlers who all placed in the top four of their weight class at conferences.  Also thank you to Salesinaum Pride & other volunteers for a well-managed tournament!

Please join us in cheering for the Salesianum wrestling team at the State Dual Meet Tournament.  The tournament will be held at Smyrna High School with doors opening at 2:15pm, wrestling starting at 3pm.  Sallies will wrestle Smyrna in the first round.  Tickets are $8 and can be bought in advance at diaa.ticketleap.com
