Congratulations to Bent Grass Golf who defeated Restore-All 3-2 in the "A" final, and to Kanata Sports Club who defeated RBC Investments 11-8 in the "B" final.

A big thanks to Al Read (2nd VP) who organized the event and collected door prizes for the banquet on Friday, as well as to all of those who donated prizes for the Friday night banquet. We collected many donations for the Kanata Food Cupboard and our 50-50 draw raised $100 for charity as well.
Some of the scores from Friday night's action are now up on the web site. There may be a few mistakes since I was going completely on my memory of what people said at the banquet last night.

Diane Underwood of DC Productions will be running a BBQ at Jack Charron on Friday evening, and at A.Y. Jackson (and possibly JC too) for most of Saturday.
The burgers and sausages are being supplied by Don's Meat Market, and all proceeds will be going to the Multiple Sclerosis society in order to help pay for a wheelchair for Diane's young friend Wesley.
Please help support this worthy cause by planning to have a meal or two at the ball park over the course of the weekend.
