Registration sessions for the 2007 season of the Glen Cairn Men's Fastball League are over, but we're still looking for players to round out the rosters. The fee for the full season is $150 and may be paid in cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made out to "GCMFL". Players who wish to register can fill out the registration form available in the Handouts section, and then either print it out or send the data automatically via e-mail. Cheques and printed forms can be mailed to: GCMFL c/o Duane Bromley 111 Flower Tree Cr Kanata, ON K2M 2R6 All men 18 or older as of May 1st 2007 are welcome. Registration is $150.00 per player, with new players assigned to teams via a draft in late March. Players registering after the draft will be assigned any open spots or will go on the waiting list. League play runs from May through August, with playoffs in August and September. All teams play one regular season game per week for a total of 16 weeks. Teams are also guaranteed a minimum of three games at the mid-season tournament, which runs from Friday June 15th through Sunday June 17th at the Bridlewood Core Park diamonds. Regular season and playoff games are played at the A.Y. Jackson High School diamond in Kanata. Game nights are Monday to Wednesday, with 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM game times. • Sunday Feb 25 @ 7-9PM: Registration for new and returning players.
• Thursday Mar 1 @ 7-9PM: Registration for new and returning players.
• Sunday Mar 4 @ 3-6PM: Registration for new and returning players. The Senators play the Blackhawks in Chicago at 3PM, so come to KSC and watch the game once you've filled out your registration form.
