Dear Soccer Players (and families):

This week should be enjoyable as we play at home all week:

Tuesday - JV and Varsity versus Lebanon

Wed. - JV only versus Alter at 7:00pm

Sat. - JV and Varsity versus Talawanda........games at 5:00pm and 7:00pm

Last week can be wrapped up by the hit song by MeatLoaf titled....."Two out of Three Ain't Bad". We did some good things and we lost concentration for minutes in each match. When we stay focused, we can be very good and when we don't, we get hurt quickly.

I encourage all of you to stay on top of your grades, sleep, eating and hydration. We cannot afford to miss anyone for any reason

Lastly, a quick word on both teams records at 5-2-1 at the mid-point of the season. Good job gentlemen. You have gotten positive results and should be proud of your efforts.

David played for Miamisburg for four years as a midfielder before moving on to Ashland College where he majored in History and played for their men's team as a fullback. He now lives in Springboro as works as a Golf Course Superintendent. When he looks back on his high school career, he counts his great senior year as his best memory.
