2002-2003 Season

Last Season Pa Hockey covered 136 games across Western Pennsylvania as we saw almost every Varsity team ! The 2002-2003 Season brings a goal of seeing every Varsity team in action all the way to Flyers Cup and Penguins Cup [March 22~Mellon Arena] and Pennsylvania Cup [Now on March 30 ~ Ice Line - West Chester] in Philadelphia !
The Junior C National Championships will be played at the Indiana Ice Center in April 2003. The host team Indiana Junior C Thunder are looking for players to finalize their rosters for the 2002-2003 season and participate in the National Championships. 2002 - 2003 Pa Hockey Yearbooks !

The Pa Hockey Yearbooks will be published in both Western and Eastern Pennsylvania. The Pa Hockey Yearbook is now in its 7th Year in Western Pa and contains biographical and historical information PLUS a guide to the Pa Hockey Website. The Yearbook will be available ovr the next few weeks. The Annual Pa Hockey Yearbook is in its 2nd Year in Eastern Pa and contains pictures, player info and team information PLUS a guide to the Pa Hockey Website. The Eastern Pa Yearbook will be published again and ordered through Breakaway Magazine.

A New Pa Hockey League is on the Horizon !

The NorthEastern Pennsylvania Scholastic Hockey League will begin its 2nd season of Interscholastic Hockey in the Scranton / Wilkes Barre area as 14 schools will line up to play the 2002-2003 season. Schools include , Abington, Back Mountain, Crestwood, Paupack, Pittston, Pocono Mountain, St Gregory, Scranton Prep, Tunkhannock, West Side, Wyoming Area, Wyoming Seminary Blue & White and Wilkes Barre Area to continue play in the Pocono area of Pennsylvania.
