Couguars lose 2-0 to Granite Hills, but play awesome! JV ties 0-0!
Playing their best game of the season, the young Cougars shutout the Number 2 Team in the County Granite Hills on play through 78 minutes, but it was two set pieces that the older, bigger, and stronger Eagles scored on. Eagles Seniors McKenna Waitley(University of Washington) and Ashli Sandoval (USC) scored on headers leading Granite Hills to victory. Coach Charlie stated, "By far the best game, we have played as a team this year. It was amazing watching. Most of the time we had up to 9 underclassman and most of them were Freshman and Sophomores matching up against all of their college bound players. A great effort. I couldn't have been more proud of them." Ed Francel, father of Granite Hills Senior Taryn Fancel (University of Wisconsin) said, "They remind me of our team a couple of years ago. They're good!" Yes they are!! Senior Night Friday Night!
Cougars win at Mt. Miguel 3-0. JV wins 8-0!
After a tough 1-1 tie against Monte Vista Friday, the Cougars arrived at Mt. Miguel ready for a war against a confident Mt. Miguel team coming off an impressive tie 2-2 with Valhalla. Despite a 0-0 halftime, the Cougars were not going to be denied this night, and came out the second half fired up and when Freshman Paige Neville scored her Varsity goal, the Cougars quickly followed with goals from Senior Adelina Martinez and Junior Bethany Rangel. The goals were set up by great passes from Alyssa Llanos, Candace Newton, and Jenna Hughes. On a game where every Cougar made it into the game, including the Goal Keeping trio of Summer Bland, Hilary Gastrich, and Freshman Danica Ancell, who recored her first shutout. A much needed win and great effort by all. Next up Granite Hills!

1st Annual Alumni Game
The Cougars held the first alumni game in school history and welcomed back alumni from all three graduating classes in a fun filled night of memories and glimpses of the past, present and the future.

In what will be remembered forever, Lisa Mix scored the winner for the Alums! Coach Charlie stated, "It was great seeing everyone again and just incredible for the program to have the alums here not only honoring our past, but our future. I can't wait until next year!"
Cougars win the 1st Annual Sweetwater JV Tournament
The Cougars JV Team went 4-0 with wins over Morse, Chula Vista, Sweetwater and Fallbrook in the Championship Game to win the 1st Annual Sweetwater JV Tournament.
Freshman Jasmine Bell was named the tournament MVP for her efforts and great attitude!
