2007 TRYOUTS START MONDAY NOVEMBER 12th -Please click on for info
Girls Soccer Tryouts will begin on Monday November 12th @ 8:00am.
UNIFORM IS WHITE T-SHIRT, SHORTS. SHIN GUARDS, RUNNING SHOES and SOCCER CLEATS.
Monday November 12th SCHEDULE:
Morning Session
8:00- 9:30am Cooper Test/40 Yard Time/Juggling Test
9:30- 11:30am Senior/Junior/Sophomore and Freshman 1v1 Contest
Afternoon Session
3:00-5:00pm Breakout Sessions V/JV/F Soccer Scrimmages (Based on the morning 1v1 sessions)
You must get your athletic clearance done prior to THURSDAY November 8th! If you are not cleared, you will not be allowed to tryout! No exceptions. Please do it asap. Saturday’s tryouts are mandatory unless you play on a Premier team and your team has advanced to the second round of the Cal South/Presidio Premier Qualification Tournament playing that day, or you are competing in the Cross Country or Volleyball CIF Championships.

2007-2008 Soccer Meeting: September 6th @ Lunch in the Gym
Hi Cougars (Returning and Incoming),
We will be having our 2007-2008 Girls Soccer Meeting this THURSDAY.
DAY: THURSDAY
DATE: SEPTEMBER 6th @ Lunch
WHERE: GYM
All players interested in trying for the 2007-2008 Girls Soccer Varsity, JV, or Freshman Teams are required to be at this informative meeting. The meeting will take no more then 20 minutes and will consist of necessary paperwork to try out for soccer and to filling out the SC Player Profile. I have attached a copy for you if you would like to fill it out ahead of time and bring it to the meeting, or you can bring it to the front office and have them place it in my box (girls soccer). We also will be covering some important dates coming up and the SCHS Cow Plop/Swap Meet Fundraiser on October 6th that all sports programs will be participating in to benefit the SCHS Booster Club.
The website has been updated, including our schedule, tournaments and calendar! The only thing missing is a non league game vs. Mt. Carmel probably on December 18th, or 19th . www.steelecanyonsoccer.com
